Sayaji Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 March 2016, inter alia, has decided the following;- To sell 6310558 no. of Equity shares (Sixty Three Lakhs Ten Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Eight) of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality held by Sayaji Hotels to Sayaji Housekeeping Services (A wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company) at carrying value per share.
