Appointment of M/s Sudhir S. Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor of the Company till the conclusion of 36th Annual General Meeting subject to ratification at every Annual General Meeting.
2. Appointment of Yashlok Dubey, Practicing Company Secretary, as the scrutinizers for E-voting process.
