- Adroit Drivelines
- Adroit Driveshafts
- Adroit Transmissions
2. The board has given their consent for incorporation of Wholly owned Subsidiary Company of Signet Industries.
3. The Board Authorized Mukesh Sangla and Saurabh Sangla severally for filing and signing the document on behalf of Company for the purpose of incorporation of wholly owned Subsidiary Company.
