Simran Farms announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2014, inter alia, have considered the following matters:1. Appointment of Jasmeet Kaur Bhatia as an Additional Director (non executive women Independent Director) of the Company to hold office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Appointment of Mayank Lashkari (Qualified Company Secretary) as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company.
3. Appointment of Mahesh Patidar as Chief Finance Officer of the Company.
