SmartPi Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 April 2016, has considered and approved the following:Board has considered and approved proposal for establishing a manufacturing unit in India and Mauritius for manufacture of LED lights in joint venture with Taiwan Company and K S Rao Managing Director, authorised to sign and execute the joint venture agreements and necessary related documents.
