Sun Techno Overseas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 May 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:1. Considered and recorded the minutes of previous Board Meeting.
2. To Appoint Jivan Satish Kathe and Sandeep Gangadhar Mohite as additional Director of the Company with effect from 23 April 2014 and to accept resignation of Binit Rajnikant Joshi with effect from 23 April 2014 from the board of Director of the Company.
