Supreme Tex Mart announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 June 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Resignation of Ashok Kumar Singla from Directorship of the Company.

2. Appointment of Shivali Gupta as Independent Director.

3. Appointment of M/s. Rajeev Bhambri and Associates as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.

4. Appointment of M/s. Sanjeev Jethi & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.

5. Board Report for Financial Year 2014-15.

6. Notice for convening Annual General Meeting for Financial Year 2014-15.
