TECIL Chemicals & Hydro Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. The Board appointed S. K. Jain & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company as per Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. The Board appointed Sarda Soni & Associates as Internal Auditor of the Company for fulfilling the requirement of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.
