VHCL Industries has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2014, have, subject to approval of the Shareholders/ High Court/ Stock Exchange and other relevant authorities, considered and approved inter alia among other issues the proposal for amalgamation of UIC corporation with the Company and demerger of metal division of the Company into a separate Company.
