VJIL Consulting announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 September 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:- To create, issue and offer 10,00,000 Equity Shares and 10,00,000 Warrants on preferential basis to Satyendra Manchala as per the Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
