Kalyanpur Cements announced that the Capital Raising Committee at its meeting held on 08 October 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Issue size: 1,06,24,527 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs. 1,062.45 lacs
2. Ratio: 1 (One) Equity Share for every 2 (Two) Equity Shares held on the Record Date.
3. Issue Price: Rs. 10/- (Ten only) for cash per equity Share.
4. Terms of payment : Entire amount is payable on application.
