Kuwer Industries announced that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held on 13 May 2014, wherein members approved the preferential issue of equity shares under section 42 and 62 of the Companies Act 2013, and in accordance to the Chapter VII of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009 to issue and allot up to 90 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 22 each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
