Tayo Rolls announced that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held on 12 May 2014, wherein members approved the increase in authorised share capital of the Company and alteration of the Capital Clause in the Memorandum of Association of the Company and Articles of Association of the Company.
