The Committee of Directors of Indian Overseas Bank at its meeting held on 03 October 2018 has approved to convene EGM of the shareholders of the Bank on 02 November 2018. To seek approval of shareholders for issue of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Government of India on preferential basis aggregating Rs 2157 crore (including share premium).
