Panama Petrochem Ltd rose 7.83% today to trade at Rs 74.4. The S&P BSE Energy index is up 0.95% to quote at 4895.8. The index is up 12.31 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd increased 2.84% and Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd added 2.51% on the day. The S&P BSE Energy index went up 12.97 % over last one year compared to the 9.81% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
