Paul Merchants net profit rises 46.79% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 22.78% to Rs 509.14 crore

Net profit of Paul Merchants rose 46.79% to Rs 4.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 3.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 22.78% to Rs 509.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 414.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 3.68% to Rs 16.48 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 17.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 24.24% to Rs 1995.34 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1606.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
