Phillips Carbon Black announced about the following:1. Altaf Jiwani, Whole Time Director & Chief Financial Officer has resigned from the services of the Company at the close of business on 30 January 2015.
2. Raj Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 February 2015.
3. Kusum Dadoo has been appointed as a Director of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2015.
