Sales rise 20.28% to Rs 724.46 crore

Net profit of Pipavav Defence & Offshore Engineering Company reported to Rs 8.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net loss of Rs 12.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 20.28% to Rs 724.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 602.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit rose 55.08% to Rs 28.72 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 18.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 35.51% to Rs 2509.02 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1851.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
