Piramal Enterprises approved allotment of 700 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures ('Debentures') each having a face value of Rs.10,00,000/-, at a further issue price of Rs. 10,11,025/- per Debenture, aggregating to Rs. 70.77 crores on private placement basis.
