On acquisition of subsidiary, resignation of company secretary & administrative office
Plethico Pharmaceuticals announced the following -1. Acquisition of Natrol inc, USA by Aurobindo Pharma:-
In continuation to our earlier communication regarding Acquisition of Natrol Inc., a step down subsidiary of the Company it is updated that the said acquisition transaction took place under an auction deal held on 10 November 2014 as per the direction of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the highest bidder was Aurobindo Pharma who has been awarded the bid by the said court.
The said acquisition transaction is likely to be completed shortly under the direction of the said court, the Intimation of which shall be communicated in due course.
2. Merging of Administrative Office of the Company with the Registered Office of the Company:-
The Company has vacated the Administrative Office premises taken on lease situated at 37, Industrial Estate, PoIoground. Indore 452015 (M.P) therefore administrative office has now been merged with the Registered Office of the Company situated at A B. Road, Manglia-453773, Indore (M.P.). Henceforth all the statutory records, Books of Accounts, etc. will be kept by the Company at the registered office of the Company.

3. Resignation of Company Secretary:-
Khushboo Kothari, Company Secretary, ceased to be the Company Secretary and subsequently Compliance Officer of the Company, w.e.f. 25 May 2015, and consequent to his resignation dated 06 February 2015. In the absence of Company Secretary, Shashikant Patel, Managing Director of the Company will be the Compliance officer of the Company.
