PNB Housing Finance allots 18,750 equity shares under ESOP

PNB Housing Finance has allotted 18,750 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each under ESOP of the company on 30 December 2019.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company would stand at Rs. 168,18,69,080 consisting of 16,81,86,908 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
