Poddar Developer net profit declines 41.44% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 48.88% to Rs 5.27 crore

Net profit of Poddar Developer declined 41.44% to Rs 1.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 48.88% to Rs 5.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 10.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 8.74% to Rs 8.25 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 9.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 153.91% to Rs 62.59 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 24.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
