Pokarna consolidated net profit declines 59.56% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 1.28% to Rs 102.13 crore

Net profit of Pokarna declined 59.56% to Rs 5.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 13.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 1.28% to Rs 102.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 103.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 63.30% to Rs 51.21 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 31.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 20.82% to Rs 394.32 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 326.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
