Polyplex Corporation standalone net profit rises 77.47% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 8.38% to Rs 225.06 crore

Net profit of Polyplex Corporation rose 77.47% to Rs 10.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 5.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 8.38% to Rs 225.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 245.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 35.16% to Rs 26.95 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 19.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 9.79% to Rs 947.20 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1050.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
