Sales rise 22.96% to Rs 377.18 crore

Net loss of Prabhat Dairy reported to Rs 1.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 5.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 22.96% to Rs 377.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 306.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 102.76% to Rs 46.94 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 23.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 20.74% to Rs 1409.87 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1167.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
