Prabhat Dairy standalone net profit rises 43.33% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 4.12% to Rs 253.81 crore

Net profit of Prabhat Dairy rose 43.33% to Rs 1.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 4.12% to Rs 253.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 243.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 160.83% to Rs 9.39 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 3.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 14.36% to Rs 999.33 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 873.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
