Praj Industries consolidated net profit rises 17.69% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 8.97% to Rs 274.53 crore

Net profit of Praj Industries rose 17.69% to Rs 26.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 22.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 8.97% to Rs 274.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 301.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 11.46% to Rs 39.49 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 44.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 0.17% to Rs 916.59 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 914.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
