Praj Industries net profit rises 37.69% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 57.22% to Rs 295.21 crore

Net profit of Praj Industries rose 37.69% to Rs 20.46 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 14.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 57.22% to Rs 295.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 187.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.70% to Rs 62.41 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 66.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 7.74% to Rs 782.68 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 726.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
