Net profit of Prakash Industries reported to Rs 16.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 164.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 23.82% to Rs 486.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 638.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 120.34% to Rs 20.58 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 9.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 27.54% to Rs 2055.30 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2836.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
