Prestige Estates Projects consolidated net profit rises 8577.27% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 14.42% to Rs 2268.10 crore

Net profit of Prestige Estates Projects rose 8577.27% to Rs 1336.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 15.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 14.42% to Rs 2268.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1982.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 261.25% to Rs 1456.20 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 403.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 10.59% to Rs 7264.40 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 8124.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
