Prestige Estates Projects net profit rises 6.86% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 3.25% to Rs 532.31 crore

Net profit of Prestige Estates Projects rose 6.86% to Rs 95.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 89.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 3.25% to Rs 532.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 550.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 23.16% to Rs 340.02 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 276.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 30.58% to Rs 1929.81 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1477.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
