Prestige Estates Projects standalone net profit declines 47.36% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 9.19% to Rs 580.14 crore

Net profit of Prestige Estates Projects declined 47.36% to Rs 59.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 113.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 9.19% to Rs 580.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 638.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 12.65% to Rs 361.81 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 414.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 1.49% to Rs 2319.13 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2284.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
