Prime Focus receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation

Prime Focus announced that the National Company Law Tribunal has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of PF Digital Media Services with Prime Focus. The company received the certified copy of the said order on 11 March 2022. The scheme become effective on filing of the certified copy with Registrar of Companies.
