Pritish Nandy Communications announces resignation of director

With effect from 01 April 2014

Pritish Nandy Communications has announced that Tapn Chaki, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from 01 April 2014. Mr. Chaki has resigned as Independent Director because of his other pre-occupations.
