PS IT Infrastructure & Services announced that Aruna Purohit, Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 20 November 2020 and in her place, Sunita Rani Parida has been appointed as an Independent Director, (Non-Executive) of the Company with effect from 20 November 2020 and will hold the office till conclusion of next Annual General Meeting or till the approval of Members by way of EOGM/Postal Ballot Rules, 2013, as the case may be.
