Punjab & Sind Bank reports standalone net profit of Rs 98.12 crore in the March 2016 quarter

Net profit of Punjab & Sind Bank reported to Rs 98.12 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 70.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Total Operating Income rose 0.74% to Rs 2126.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2110.96 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 176.86% to Rs 335.97 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 121.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Total Operating Income rose 1.81% to Rs 8744.34 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 8588.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
