R R Financial Consultants has announced changes in the directorship of the Company :

Rajat Prasad has been appointed as an Additional Director of Company with effect from 12 March 2014.

Priyanka Singh has resigned from the Managing Directorship of the Company with effect from 13 March 2014.

Consequently, the Board has decided to appoint Rajat Prasad, Additional Director of the Company as the Managing Director with effect from 13 March 2014.
