R Systems International will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 March 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:To finalise and declare the period during which the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed for the purpose of convening the Annual General Meeting and for the payment of dividend, if approved for the financial year ended 31 December 2013.
To adopt and approve the annual report and authorise the Chairman and the Secretary to convene the annual general meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2013.
