Rallis India receives NCLT approval for scheme of arrangement

On 24 January 2020

Rallis India announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has on 24 January, 2020, sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement between Zero Waste Agro-Organics (Transferor Company) with Rallis India (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors for amalgamation of the Transferor Company with and into the Transferee Company. The certified copy of the Order from the NCLT for the same is awaited
