Rama Steel Tubes consolidated net profit declines 47.83% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 15.69% to Rs 68.88 crore

Net profit of Rama Steel Tubes declined 47.83% to Rs 1.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 15.69% to Rs 68.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 81.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 50.66% to Rs 9.07 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 6.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.35% to Rs 259.73 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 241.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
