Ramco Industries standalone net profit rises 729.14% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 3.90% to Rs 191.64 crore

Net profit of Ramco Industries rose 729.14% to Rs 23.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 3.90% to Rs 191.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 184.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 60.97% to Rs 33.69 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 20.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 4.44% to Rs 702.35 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 734.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
