Reliance Power reports standalone net loss of Rs 2.09 crore in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 16.71% to Rs 5.78 crore

Net loss of Reliance Power reported to Rs 2.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 662.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 16.71% to Rs 5.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 6.94 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 95.05% to Rs 64.26 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1298.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 14.32% to Rs 48.06 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 56.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
