Reliance Infrastructure fell 0.95% to Rs 724.80 at 09:45 IST on BSE after consolidated net profit fell 14.3% to Rs 621.42 crore on 20.73% decline in total income to Rs 5036 crore in Q4 March 2014 over Q4 March 2013.
The result was announced after market hours on Monday, 19 May 2014.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 80.98 points, or 0.33%, to 24,444.03.
On BSE, so far 1.94 lakh shares were traded in the counter, compared with an average volume of 4.49 lakh shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 739 so far during the day, matching the 52-week high of Rs 739 on Monday, 19 May 2014. The stock hit a low of Rs 712.10 so far during the day. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 308 on 2 August 2013.
The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 19 May 2014, rising 40.13% compared with 7.66% rise in the Sensex. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, rising 100.12% as against Sensex's 17.57% rise.

On a consolidated basis, Reliance Infrastructure's (RInfra) net profit rose 38% to Rs 621 crore on 19% increase in total income to Rs 5036 crore in Q4 March 2014 over Q3 December 2013.
On a consolidated basis, net profit fell 14.83% to Rs 1913.67 crore on 13.48% decline in total income to Rs 20273.72 crore in the year ended March 2014 (FY 2014) over the year ended March 2013 (FY 2013).
As on 31 March 2014, the consolidated networth of the company stood at Rs 27143 crore and is conservatively financed with debt to equity of 0.9x.
The company said it power business generated 5216 million units from all five plants comprising of 941 MW in FY 2014.
The company said it traded 5190 million units in FY 2014.
The company's EPC business reported revenue of Rs 4710 crore and order book of Rs 6615 crore as on 31 March 2014.
