RPG Life Sciences announced Sachin Raole has resigned from the post of CFO & Sr. VP - Corporate Services of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on 30 June 2016, to explore opportunities outside the Company.The Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on 30 June 2016 has recommended appointment of Mahesh Narayanaswamy, as Vice President - Finance, who is working with the Company from last 25 years and having varied experience in handling Finance, Accounts, and Taxation functions, with effect from 01 July 2016 subject to approval of the Board.
