With effect from 13 March 2015
RTS Power Corporation announced that the Calcutta Stock Exchange has granted the voluntary delisting of the Company's Equity Shares from their Exchange its terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 with effect from 13 March 2015.The Company's Shares, however, continue to be listed in BSE Limited.
