Venkatesan, Company Secretary of the company has relinquished his role as Secretary of the Company on 29 September 2014 and is relieved as Company Secretary on 29 September 2014.At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 29 September 2014, R. Sugumaran is appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 29 September 2014 and he shall be the 'Compliance Officer'.
