Under Sadbhav ESOS 2008
Sadbhav Engineering has announced that the remuneration committee of the company has allotted 109500 equity shares of Re 1 each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Sadbhav Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008.Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company would stands at 15,16,62,300 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating to Rs 15.16 crore.
