Sanghvi Forging & Engineering reports net loss of Rs 1.44 crore in the March 2013 quarter

Net loss of Sanghvi Forging & Engineering reported to Rs 1.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 1.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 4.44% to Rs 17.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 16.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 71.22% to Rs 1.37 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 4.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 9.73% to Rs 44.05 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 48.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
