Saurashtra Paper & Board Mills announces changes in board of directors

Saurashtra Paper & Board Mills has announced change in board of directors of the company. Bharat Karsandas Porecha, nominee director of GIIC, has resigned with effect from 12 June 2013. Mukesh Kantilal Vora has been appointed as an independent director with effect from 12 December 2013. Punit Rajnikant Mehta has been appointed as an independent director with effect from 12 December 2013.
