Seamec has announced that Coflexip Stena Offshore (Mauritius), the promoters of the Company have entered into a share purchase agreement on 22 April 2014 with HAL Offshore for disinvestment of a majority stake (of atleast 51% to up to 75%) of the share capital of the Company held by them at a price of Rs 97 per share.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
